Observation on the effect of need-to-level nursing in the nursing of ovarian cancer patients
Objective To observe the clinical application value of ovarian cancer patients in need of multi-level nursing.Methods 69 patients with ovarian cancer were selected and divided into control group(35 cases with conventional nursing)and observation group(34 cases with combined need level nursing on the basis of conventional nursing)according to different nursing methods.Results After nursing,the scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of self-esteem were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of self-care ability(98.74±3.96)points in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(75.98±2.64)points,and the score of cancer-related fatigue(14.20±0.03)points was lower than that in the control group(22.97±1.28)points(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ovarian cancer,the application of multi-level nursing can effectively improve patients'negative emotions,enhance self-esteem and self-care ability,and reduce cancer-related fatigue.
