The intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 70 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care.The nursing satisfaction,psychological status,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 77.14%of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.86%,lower than 17.14%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After intervention,the observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the observation group had higher scores in physical health,physiological function,psychological function,emotional activity,and social relationships than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a significant intervention effect on patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease,which can improve their nursing satisfaction,regulate their psychological state,and improve their quality of life.
