摘要
目的 探讨护理质量持续改进对子宫肌瘤患者的影响.方法 选取本院80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受护理质量持续改进,比较两组的护理满意度、焦虑及抑郁情况.结果 观察组护理满意度为92.50％,高于对照组的67.50％(P＜0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 护理质量持续改进应用于子宫肌瘤患者中,能有效改善患者的焦虑及抑郁情况,提高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of continuous improvement in nursing quality on patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received continuous improvement in nursing quality.The nursing satisfaction,anxiety,and depression levels of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.50％,which was higher than that of the control group at 67.50％(P＜0.05);After nursing,the observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous improvement of nursing quality applied to patients with uterine fibroids can effectively improve their anxiety and depression,and increase nursing satisfaction.
