Analysis of the impact of empathy nursing combined with routine nursing on patients with endometrial cancer
Objective To explore the impact of empathetic care combined with routine care on patients with endometrial cancer.Methods 78 patients with endometrial cancer were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received a combination of empathetic care and routine care.The negative emotions,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale than the control group,and higher scores on the quality of life scale than the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than the control group's 84.62%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of empathetic care and routine care has important advantages in alleviating anxiety and depression in patients with endometrial cancer,improving their quality of life,and has clinical promotion value.
