Analysis of the application value of predictive nursing in perioperative period of gynecological pelvic surgery patients
Objective To observe the clinical value of perioperative predictive nursing in gynecological pelvic surgery patients.Methods 75 patients with gynecological pelvic surgery were divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(37 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group took routine nursing in perioperative period,and the observation group combined predictive nursing based on the control group,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of going down to the ground,the time of anal exhaust and the time of hospitalization were shorter in observation group than in control group(P＜0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For the patients with gynecological pelvic surgery,strengthening the predictive nursing service in the perioperative period can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
