Observation on the effect of targeted nursing in patients with perimenopausal insomnia
Objective To observe the clinical effect of targeted nursing in patients with perimenopausal insomnia.Methods 68 patients with perimenopausal insomnia were selected and divided into different groups according to different nursing methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing on the basis of routine nursing,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the toughness,strength and optimism scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality score(8.59±1.08)points in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(10.26±1.83)points,and the life quality score(89.97±3.66)points was higher than that in the control group(80.05±2.47)points(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with perimenopausal insomnia,targeted care can effectively improve the psychological resilience of patients,which is conducive to improving the quality of sleep and optimizing the quality of life.
