Analysis of clinical features and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy complicated with gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To investigate the clinical features and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP)complicated with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods The clinical data of 4088 women with GDM were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into the GH group(252 cases)and the GDM group(3836 cases)according to whether HDP was combined,and the clinical characteristics and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with GDM group,GH group had higher age,smaller gestational week,higher cesarean section rate,higher incidences of cholestasis and hypothyroidism,higher incidence of placental abruption(P<0.05);and had higher incidences of fetal distress,fetal growth restriction,low birth weight and premature delivery,and lower birth weight and birth length of newborns(P<0.05).Conclusion The adverse pregnancy outcome of women with GDM combined with HDP is significantly increased.Clinical attention should be paid to early intervention of women with GDM combined with HDP to reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome.
