clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprorelin injection in the treatment of endometriosis
Objective To exploring the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with injection of leuprorelin in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 78 patients with endometriosis were selected and randomly divided into groups according to a numerical table. The control group(n=39)underwent laparoscopic surgery, while the study group(n=39)received combined injection of leuprorelin after laparoscopic surgery.Compare the treatment effects of two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.87%,which was higher than the control group's 79.49%(P<0.05).The ovulation time and menstrual recovery time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared to before treatment, hormone levels in both groups decreased, and the study group had lower levels(P<0.05).The one-year postoperative disease recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined injection of leuprorelin after laparoscopic surgery in patients with endometriosis has a definite therapeutic effect, which can shorten their ovulation and menstrual recovery time, improve their sex hormone levels, and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
