Correlation study of psychological distress,social support and sleep quality in patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome after embryo transfer
Objective To investigate the status quo of psychological distress,social support and sleep quality in patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,and to analyze the correlation among them.Methods 60 patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome were selected as the study objects.The general information questionnaire,Kessler psychological distress scale,social support revalued scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index were used to investigate the enrolled patients.The correlations among psychological distress,social support and sleep quality were analyzed.Results There was a negative correlation between psychological distress score and social support score(r=-0.456,P=0.018).There was a negative correlation between social support score and sleep quality score(r=-0.432,P=0.010).There was a positive correlation between psychological distress score and sleep quality score(r=0.435,P=0.005).Conclusion The psychological distress of the patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is at a medium and high level,the degree of social support is general,and the quality of sleep needs to be improved.Clinical nursing staff can make reasonable use of the relationship between the three,timely disease knowledge education for patients,as far as to reduce their psychological distress,so as to improve their sleep quality.
