Clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its influence on patients'psychological state
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids who received surgical treatment in the hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group by touch ball method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open hysteromyomectomy, and the study group was treated with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time, the first time of getting out of bed and the exhaust time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy can accelerate the postoperative recovery and reduce the psychological burden of patients with uterine fibroids, and the clinical effect is ideal.
