Analysis of psychological pain and influencing factors in patients with scarred uterine pregnancy
Objective To analyze the occurrence of psychological pain in patients with scarred uterine pregnancy and explore its influencing factors.Methods 186 patients with scarred uterus were selected and the factors influencing psychological pain were studied by multiple linear regression analysis.Results There was a negative correlation between psychological pain score and social support score(r=-0.435,P=0.005).There were significant differences in age,education level,occupation,personality type and social support score distribution of scar uterus pregnancy patients with psychological pain(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical staff should actively screen the psychological pain of patients with scarred uterus pregnancy,and provide necessary psychological counseling for high-risk groups of psychological pain,so as to reduce the possible psychological imbalance of patients,maintain their mental health.
