Study on the effect of hands-free lymphatic drainage combined with elastic socks on the prevention of lower limb lymphedema in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after operation
Objective To analyze the effect of elastic socks plus free lymphatic drainage in patients with lower limb edema after gynecological malignant tumor surgery. Methods 800 patients with lower limb edema after surgery for gynecological malignant tumor were selected and divided into control group(routine intervention)and experimental group(elastic socks combined with bare hand lymphatic drainage)by random number table method,400 cases each,to compare the application effect of the two groups. Results The degree of lower limb edema in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The pain score of experimental group was lower than that of control group, and the score of limb movement ability was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The life quality of test group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of elastic socks combined with free lymphatic drainage is ideal for patients with lower limb edema after gynecological malignant tumor surgery. This intervention has a promoting effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
