Research progress on the application of remifentanil in intravenous anesthesia for gynecological laparoscopic surgery
With the rapid progress of China's medical and health industry, minimally invasive technology has become increasingly mature, among which laparoscopic technology is more prominent in the treatment of gynecological diseases.Gynecological laparoscopic surgery has been widely used in clinical practice due to its advantages of minimal trauma, fast recovery, and mild pain. However, factors such as pneumoperitoneum and special positioning in laparoscopic surgery pose challenges to anesthesia management. As a new type of opioid drug, remifentanil has the characteristics of fast onset, strong action, and short duration. When used in combination with anesthesia drugs such as propofol, remifentanil can promote drug cooperation, jointly maintain analgesic and sedative effects, and reduce the stress response caused by pneumoperitoneum to surgical operations. Therefore,it has important application value in intravenous assisted anesthesia for gynecological laparoscopic surgery. However,so far, there is no unified standard for the clinical maintenance dosage of remifentanil during anesthesia, and further confirmation is needed in research. This article aims to review the research progress of the application of remifentanil in intravenous anesthesia for gynecological laparoscopic surgery,in order to provide reference for clinical anesthesia.
