Value analysis of target controlled remifentanil and sufentanil combined with propofol in hysteroscopic surgery
Objective To analyze the value of target controlled remifentanil and sufentanil combined with propofol in hysteroscopic surgery anesthetic. Methods 32 patients with elective hysteroscopic surgery were selected and divided into a control group and a study group(16 cases each)according to random number table method. The control group was anesthetised by target-controlled remifentanil combined with propofol, and the study group was anesthetised by target-controlled sufentanil combined with propofol. The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of consciousness loss, eye opening time and orientation recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the study group was 100%,higher than 75.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before anesthesia(T0),the levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)between the two groups had no significant differences,(P>0.05).The SBP and DBP levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 5 min(T1)of surgery and immediately after surgery(T2),while the HR levels were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Target-controlled infusion of sufentanil combined with propofol in hysteroscopic surgery can improve the quality of anesthesia and maintain hemodynamic stability.
