Clinical effect of personalized pelvic floor rehabilitation electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy in patients with stress urinary incontinence
Objective To investigate the effect of personalized pelvic floor rehabilitation electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy in patients with stress urinary incontinence. Methods 60 patients with stress urinary incontinence were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional pelvic floor rehabilitation electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment, and the study group received personalized pelvic floor rehabilitation electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the pelvic floor muscle strength and urinary incontinence severity of both groups were significantly improved, and the pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the urinary incontinence severity score was(12.16±2.41)points,lower than(14.27±3.38)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with stress urinary incontinence, pelvic floor rehabilitation electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy under the personalized pelvic floor rehabilitation program has a remarkable effect.
