个性化盆底康复电刺激联合生物反馈治疗方案应用于压力性尿失禁患者中的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨个性化盆底康复电刺激联合生物反馈治疗方案在压力性尿失禁患者中的应用效果.方法 选取60例压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,每组30例.对照组采用常规盆底康复电刺激+生物反馈治疗,研究组则在个性化盆底康复方案下行盆底康复电刺激+生物反馈治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,两组盆底肌力及尿失禁严重程度均得到了明显改善,且研究组盆底肌力优于对照组,尿失禁严重程度评分为(12.16±2.41)分,低于对照组的(14.27±3.38)分(P＜0.05).结论 压力性尿失禁患者于个性化盆底康复方案下进行盆底康复电刺激联合生物反馈治疗的效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of personalized pelvic floor rehabilitation electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy in patients with stress urinary incontinence.Methods 60 patients with stress urinary incontinence were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional pelvic floor rehabilitation electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment,and the study group received personalized pelvic floor rehabilitation electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength and urinary incontinence severity of both groups were significantly improved,and the pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the urinary incontinence severity score was(12.16±2.41)points,lower than(14.27±3.38)points of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In patients with stress urinary incontinence,pelvic floor rehabilitation electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy under the personalized pelvic floor rehabilitation program has a remarkable effect.
