Clinical observation of 30 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type treated by Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application on primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application.After 3 menstrual cycles,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.10％,which was higher than 79.31％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the score of dysmenorrhea symptoms in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment and at follow-up,the pain visual analogue scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application is effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.
