Clinical efficacy of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia for postpartum analgesia
Objective To analyze the effect of ropivacaine hydrochloride and sufentanil epidural anesthesia during labor and delivery. Methods 82 parturients were selected and divided into a control group and a study group(41 cases each)by random number table method. The women in the study group received ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia, and the women in the control group received ropivacaine hydrochloride epidural anesthesia. The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The pain analogue scale(VAS)scores of the first, second and third stages of labor in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences,in the third stage of labor,2 h postpartum blood loss and Apgar score 5 min after birth between the two groups(P>0.05).The first and second stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of ropivacaine hydrochloride and sufentanil epidural anesthesia can effectively improve the analgesic effect of labor, shorten the labor time, and have good safety.
