Diagnosis and clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in ovarian endometriosis cyst
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in ovarian endometriosis cyst. Methods 48 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst and 48 healthy subjects were selected as the cyst group and the healthy group, respectively, and all underwent color Doppler ultrasonography. The results of ultrasound diagnosis were compared between the two groups, and the therapeutic effects of the cyst group were explored. Results The resistance index(RI),pulsation index(PI)and end-systolic/diastolic blood flow velocity(S/D)in the cyst group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound for endometrial cysts were 96.88%,93.75%and 100%.The postoperative RI,PI and S/D of patients with endometriosis cyst were lower than those before operation(P<0.05).After operation, the pregnancy rate in RI<0.8 group was higher than that in RI≥0.8 group(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography can effectively identify the changes of uterine artery blood flow in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst, and has high diagnostic efficiency, which is conducive to evaluating the effect of surgical treatment and predicting the pregnancy status of patients after surgery.
