Application effect of comfort nursing in postoperative chemotherapy nursing for cervical cancer
Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods 44 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for cervical cancer were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The control group(22 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group(22 cases)received comfort nursing.The adverse psychological state,clinical cooperation and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical compatibility of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 68.18%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comfort nursing for patients with cervical cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy is good,which can effectively improve their psychological state,improve the clinical cooperation and quality of life,and enhance the overall nursing efficiency.
