Effect of intraoperative comprehensive insulation nursing on preventing hypothermia in patients undergoing gynecological surgery
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive insulation nursing on preventing hypothermia in gynecological surgery. Methods 120 patients undergoing gynecological surgery were selected and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to admission time, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group received comprehensive insulation nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. The perioperative body temperature and other indexes were compared between the two groups. Results During operation,10 min before leaving the operating room and 30 min after leaving the operating room, the body temperatures of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative extubation time, postoperative waking time and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 86.67%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of comprehensive insulation nursing in gynecological surgery is obviously better than that of routine nursing, which can effectively prevent patients from hypothermia and is worthy of clinical promotion.
