Application effect of nursing intervention mode of risk management strategy in patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention mode of risk management strategy in patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 50 patients with gynecological malignant tumors were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The control group(25 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(25 cases)received nursing intervention mode of risk management strategy.The satisfaction of patients with chemotherapy risk nursing and the occurrence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy,4.00%in the observation group was lower than 24.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention mode of risk management strategy in patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy has good effect,can significantly improve patients'satisfaction and reduce the incidence of risk events during chemotherapy,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
