The application value of comfortable nursing in postoperative patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in postoperative patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 80 postoperative patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the study objects and were divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfort nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of comfort and satisfaction in the observation group were higher at discharge(P＜0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 2.50％,which was lower than 17.50％of the control group(P＜0.05).The pain numerical rating scale scores at all post-operative time points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).All the rehabilitation indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively reduce the pain of postoperative patients with uterine fibroids,improve their physical and mental comfort,and promote early postoperative rehabilitation,which is worth studying and promoting.
