Effects of the application of humanistic nursing in gynecological endocrine nursing
Objective To analyze the clinical value of humanistic nursing in patients with gynecological endocrine diseases.Methods 62 patients with gynecological endocrine diseases were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with humanistic nursing based on the control group.The improvement of negative emotion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100％,higher than 87.10％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of humanistic nursing for patients with gynecological endocrine diseases can harmonize the relationship between nurses and patients and alleviate the negative emotions.
