Effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention on shoulder pain degree in patients under gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention on shoulder pain degree in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients. Methods 60 patients underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention. The shoulder pain states and the levels of serum prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared between the two groups. Results The pain visual analogue scores of the observation group at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after sugery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of PGE2 and IL-6 in the observation group were(2924.10±210.42)pg/ml and(8.29±2.13)pg/ml,respectively,which were lower than(3317.26±231.25)pg/ml and(22.68±3.77)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative pain and reduce the levels of pain and inflammatory factors in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients.
