Effect of whole-process care nursing mode on stigma and self-efficacy of patients after radical cervical cancer surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of whole-process care nursing mode in patients with cervical cancer after radical surgery.Methods 66 patients who underwent radical cervical cancer surgery in our hospital were selected for the study.Randomized into 33 cases each in the control group(conventional care)and the observation group(control group based on the combined total care nursing model).The stigma,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing care,the scores of each dimension in the social influence scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions in the self-management efficacy scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction with nursing care was 96.97%in the observation group,which was higher than 75.76%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process care nursing mode can reduce stigma,improve self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients after radical cervical cancer surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
