Application effect of individualized health education in gynecological nursing
Objective To explore the effect and clinical value of individualized health education in gynecological nursing.Methods 120 patients with gynecological diseases were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received individualized health education on this basis.The treatment effect,disease recognition rate,drug use method mastery rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate,the recognition rate of disease and the mastery rate of drug use in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized health education in gynecological nursing can effectively improve patients'cognition level of disease,help them master the method of drug use,and then improve the cure rate of disease,and obtain a higher nursing satisfaction evaluation.
