Application value of personalized nursing in operating room nursing of patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing in operating room nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 50 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The exhaust,getting out of bed and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the pain score of the observation group was(1.17±0.42)points,lower than(2.34±0.65)points of the control group,and all adverse psychological scores were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing in the operating room nursing of patients with uterine fibroids can accelerate postoperative recovery,reduce their pain and bad psychology,and improve their self-care ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
