Effect of comprehensive nursing in postpartum nursing of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in postpartum nursing of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods 130 patients with PIH were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random color ball method, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Beck anxiety index(BAI)and Beck self-rating depression index(BDI)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of preeclampsia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the blood pressure level and the risk of preeclampsia of PIH patients, relieve their anxiety and depression, and has clinical promotion value.
