Application effect of whole-course nursing in postpartum patients with massive hemorrhage
Objective To observe the effect of whole-course nursing on coagulation function and complication of postpartum massive hemorrhage. Methods 50 patients with postpartum massive hemorrhage were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the control group(n=25)and the whole-course group(n=25)by double-blind method. The control group received routine nursing and the whole-course group received whole-course nursing. The coagulation function indexes, complications, mental health status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the coagulation function index levels of the whole-course group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the whole-course group was 8.00%,which was lower than 32.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the whole-course group was 96.00%,higher than 72.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the whole-course group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-course nursing in postpartum patients with massive hemorrhage can improve the coagulation function indexes, reduce the probability of adverse events, improve the adverse psychological state of patients and enhance nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
