Effect of multi-dimensional combined with integrated nursing on role transformation, psychological status and breastfeeding rate of cesarean section parturient
Objective To explore the effects of multi-dimensional combined with integrated nursing on role transformation, psychological status and breastfeeding rate of cesarean section parturient. Methods 100 parturient of cesarean section were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the method of numerical random table, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received multi-dimensional combined with integrated nursing. The role transformation state, psychological status and breastfeeding rate of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the role transformation scores and psychological status scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was 82.00%,higher than 64.00%in the control group, and the rate of artificial feeding was 6.00%,lower than 22.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional combined with integrated nursing can effectively promote role transformation, improve psychological status and increase breastfeeding rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
