Effect of high-quality nursing service model applied to hypertensive diseases in pregnancy
Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing service for patients with hypertensive disease during pregnancy. Methods 120 patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high-quality nursing. The pregnancy outcome, blood pressure levels and postpartum blood loss were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 18.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant differences in the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were(82.27±1.56)mmHg,(132.56±1.58)mmHg,respectively,which were lower than(88.46±1.97)mmHg and(146.21±1.85)mmHg in the control group(P<0.05).The blood losses during delivery, immediately after delivery,2 h after delivery and 24 h after delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing service in patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy can reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, reduce postpartum blood loss and control blood pressure level, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
