Effect of quality nursing on delivery self-efficacy and neonatal Apgar score in women with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy
Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on delivery self-efficacy and neonatal Apgar score in women with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy. Methods 78 pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random table method. The control group(39 cases)received conventional nursing, while the observation group(39 cases)received high quality nursing. The labor time, delivery self-efficacy,psychological state and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared. Results The durations of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the outcome expectation and self-efficacy expectation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score in the observation group was(9.07±0.24)points,which was higher than(7.26±0.35)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality nursing in women with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy can effectively shorten the labor time, enhance the delivery self-efficacy,improve the adverse psychological emotions and reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes of maternal and infant.
