Evaluation of the application effect of the humanized nursing model and one-on-one full process accompanying delivery by midwives in obstetrics
Objective To analyze the application effect of the one-on-one full process companionship humanized nursing model of midwives in obstetrics.Methods 112 parturients were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group(56 cases each)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with humanized nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with one-on-one full process accompanying delivery by midwives on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group 1 day before delivery and 2 hours after delivery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the uterus fully opened,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the delivery control score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The one-on-one full process companionship nursing model of midwives can shorten the delivery process,reduce delivery pain and psychological pressure,improve delivery control and vaginal delivery rate.
