Effect of traditional Chinese medicine constitution differentiation nursing for primipara after cesarean section
Objective To analyze the influence of traditional Chinese medicine constitution differentiation nursing on breast milk secretion and postpartum recovery of primipara after cesarean section.Methods 100 primipara who underwent cesarean section were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with TCM constitution differentiation nursing on this basis.The breast milk secretion and postpartum recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The postpartum lactation levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding on the day of discharge was 98.00％,which was higher than 76.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).The postpartum recovery levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the scores of self-care ability and quality of life were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion TCM constitution differentiation nursing can effectively improve the breast milk secretion of primipara after cesarean section,accelerate the postpartum recovery process and improve their quality of life.
