Effect of active warm nursing intervention in operating room on the incidences of hypothermia and incision infection of parturient in cesarean section
Objective To explore the effect of active warm nursing intervention in operating room on the incidences of hypothermia and incision infection of parturients in cesarean section. Methods 172 cases of parturients with cesarean section were selected as the study objects and were divided into the control group(n=86)and the observation group(n=86).The control group received routine nursing in the operating room, and the observation group received active warm nursing intervention in the operating room on this basis. The hypothermia rate, infection rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of hypothermia in the observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 18.60%in the control group(P<0.05).The incision infection rate in the observation group was 3.49%,which was significantly lower than 16.28%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 87.21%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active warm nursing intervention in the operating room can significantly reduce the incidences of hypothermia and incision infection,so as to ensure the safety of the operation and improve the nursing satisfaction of the parturient, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
