Clinical application observation of clever technique for delivering fetal head in secondary cesarean section
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of clever fetal head delivery technique in secondary cesarean section.Methods 280 parturients who underwent a second cesarean section in our hospital and found uterine scar contracture and poor elasticity during surgery were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of delivery,140 parturients who delivered first were selected as the control group,and 140 parturients who delivered later were selected as the study group.The control group received routine finger delivery techniques,while the study group received clever fetal head delivery techniques.The surgical conditions,incidence of adverse events,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The delivery time and surgical time of the fetal head in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood output was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clever technique of delivering the fetal head has a significant clinical application effect in secondary cesarean section,which can effectively avoid situations such as uterine incision tear and bladder rupture,reduce intraoperative bleeding,and improve the quality of life of parturients.It is worth further promotion.
