Effect of new pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises on the effectiveness and quality of life of mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse
Objective To analyze the effect of new pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises on mild and moderate pelvic organ prolapse. Methods 200 patients with mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases each according to random number table method. The control group took routine treatment measures, and the observation group took new pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary function and tidal volume indexes before and after treatment, pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20)score and urinary incontinence function questionnaire(PISQ-12)score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group(90.0%)was higher than that of control group(70.0%)(P<0.05).Forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC and tidal volume(VR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the first second after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,PISQ-12 and PFDI-20 scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The new pelvic floor rehabilitation intervention in the treatment of mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse has significant clinical efficacy.Compared with conventional treatment,it can effectively improve the lung function, pelvic floor function and urinary incontinence of patients, and thus improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
