Analyzing the clinical effects of laparoscopic myomectomy and open surgery in the treatment of uterine fibroids
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy and traditional open surgery for uterine fibroids. Methods 40 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, each with 20 cases. The control group underwent open surgery, while the observation group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy for treatment.Compare the reference time indicators and incidence of complications between two groups. Results The postoperative clinical recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy has fewer complications compared to traditional surgery, effectively reduces postoperative pain, promotes clinical recovery, and is a very valuable surgical method.
