To explore the application value of double balloon combined with doula in inducing labor of full-term pregnancy
Objective To investigate the clinical value of double balloon combined with doula nursing for inducing labor in full-term pregnancy.Methods 50 full-term pregnant women were selected and divided into study group and control group with 25 cases in each group.The control group was induced by conventional labor,and the study group was induced by double balloon combined with doula.Results The duration of the first,second and third stages of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the blood loss was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in study group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Double balloon combined with doula can improve the pregnancy outcome,shorten the labor time,reduce the amount of blood loss and reduce the degree of pain in the induction of full-term pregnancy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
