Comparison of the effects of direct vision induced abortion and ultrasound guided induced abortion
Objective To explore the effects of direct vision induced abortion and B-ultrasound guided induced abortion. Methods 200 patients who underwent painless abortion surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Divide into two groups using a random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group underwent B-ultrasound guided induced abortion surgery, while the study group underwent direct vision induced abortion surgery. The surgical treatment indicators, postoperative recovery indicators, and incidence of complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups of patients. Results There was no statistically significant difference in surgical operation time between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume and number of uterine cavity suction in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study group had shorter postoperative vaginal bleeding time, abdominal pain time, and menstrual recovery time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.00%,lower than the control group's 10.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with B-ultrasound guided abortion, direct vision induced abortion has lower surgical trauma for patients,is more conducive to postoperative recovery, and has lower postoperative complications. It is worth promoting.
