The efficacy of GnRHa combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst patients
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa)combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst patients. Methods 60 patients with ovarian chocolate cysts in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine surgical procedures. The observation group underwent GnRHa combined with laparoscopic surgery.Compare the total effective rate, changes in ovarian function indicators, and relief rate of dysmenorrhea between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than the control group's 66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery, the indicators of progesterone, estradiol, follicle stimulating hormone, and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief rate of dysmenorrhea in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of GnRHa combined with laparoscopic surgery for ovarian chocolate cysts has a significant therapeutic effect, can improve patient hormone levels, and can also alleviate menstrual pain.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
