Rescue and nursing analysis of uterine rupture induced by mid-term pregnancy in scarred uterus
Objective To analyze the rescue and nursing measures suitable for pregnant women with mid-term induced abortion and uterine rupture caused by scarred uterus. Methods 15 pregnant women with mid-term pregnancy induced uterine rupture due to scarred uterus admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the observation group. At the same time,15 pregnant women with mid-term pregnancy induced abortion and uterine rupture treated in our hospital and other hospitals were selected as the control group.During the induction period, pregnant women in the control group received routine treatment and care, and the relevant processes were sorted out.Targeted rescue and nursing measures were provided to pregnant women in the observation group during the induction period.Compare the survival rates and satisfaction with treatment and nursing work between two groups. Results After emergency treatment, all pregnant women in the observation group were out of danger to their lives, with a survival rate of 100%;One pregnant woman in the control group died due to ineffective rescue, with a survival rate of 93.33%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of treatment and nursing in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 53.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For pregnant women undergoing mid-term induced abortion with scarred uterus, medical staff should understand all the conditions of the pregnant woman in advance, and be prepared for emergency treatment and nursing in case of uterine rupture during the induction process, which can ensure the safety of the pregnant woman and gain their understanding and recognition.
