Analysis of influencing factors and pregnancy outcomes of hypothyroidism in pregnant women during pregnancy
Objective To explore the influencing factors of hypothyroidism(hypothyroidism)in pregnant women during pregnancy and its relationship with adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of pregnant women admitted to our hospital.Finally,80 pregnant women with hypothyroidism and 80 pregnant women without hypothyroidism were identified as the study subjects.Analyze the influencing factors of hypothyroidism in pregnant women during pregnancy and compare the pregnancy outcomes of two groups. Results Age ≥30 years old, number of pregnancies ≥2 times, parity ≥3 times, history of spontaneous abortion, pregnancy complications, birth interval ≥48 months,TPO-Ab positive, low iodine intake, and history of thyroid family diseases showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Age ≥ 30 years old, pregnancy frequency ≥2 times, parity ≥3 times, history of spontaneous abortion, pregnancy complications, birth interval ≥ 48 months,TPO Ab positive, low iodine intake, and history of thyroid family diseases are all risk factors for pregnant women to develop hypothyroidism(P<0.05).The rate of premature rupture of membranes and cesarean section in the hypothyroidism group was higher than that in the non hypothyroidism group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many influencing factors of hypothyroidism during pregnancy, and specialized interventions can be taken during daily pregnancy checkups to effectively reduce the probability of hypothyroidism in pregnant women during pregnancy.
