Therapeutic effect of single-hole laparoscopic tubal pregnancy surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of single-hole laparoscopy in tubal pregnancy surgery. Methods 80 patients of tubal pregnancy were selected as the research objects and were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent traditional three-hole laparoscopic surgery, and the study group underwent transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic surgery. The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared. Results After surgery, the level of estradiol in the study group was higher than that in the control group, while the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone, progesterone and luteinizing hormone were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the intrauterine pregnancy success rate and tubal unblocked rate of the study group were 100%and 97.50%,respectively,higher than 90.00%and 85.00%of the control group, and the recurrence rate of ectopic pregnancy was 0,lower than 12.50%of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic tubal pregnancy surgery can effectively and safely remove ectopic pregnancy tissue, reduce surgical trauma, shorten postoperative recovery time, and increase fertility. It has high application value.
