Analysis of the application of cognitive intervention in hysteroscopic treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding
Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive intervention in hysteroscopic treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 110 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who underwent hysteroscopic surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.Control group routine care,the observation group was given cognitive intervention based on routine nursing,and the disease awareness,mental state,quality of life and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of disease in observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than that in control group(81.82%,P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group after care(P<0.05).Quality of life scores for all functions were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive intervention in hysteroscopic treatment and nursing of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can improve the cognitive level of patients,improve the psychological adverse state,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
