To investigate the feasibility and safety of vaginal delivery of second pregnancy with scar uterus
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of vaginal delivery of second pregnancy with scar uterus. Methods 80 pregnant women with scar uterus were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different delivery methods, with 40 cases in each group.Observation group selected vaginal trial birth, control group selected cesarean section. The success rate of vaginal trial labor in the observation group was recorded, and the postpartum blood loss, hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of trial birth in observation group was 85.00%;The postpartum blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of strictly following the indications of vaginal delivery and cesarean section, vaginal trial delivery is feasible and safe for women with cicatricial uterus.
