Analysis of the effectiveness of gynecological laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy
Objective To explore the effectiveness of gynecological laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 70 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into two groups by drawing lots, with 35 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine open surgery, while the study group underwent gynecological laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment efficacy and quality of life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the surgical time, time to get out of bed,and postoperative exhaust time were all shorter than those of the control group. The surgical bleeding was less than that of the control group, and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive gynecological laparoscopic surgery for the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy can have significant effects, low trauma, and high safety.
