摘要
当前临床对不明原因复发性自然流产治疗不具备一定针对性,缺少有效的治疗方法,成为医学领域的研究难点.孕激素在维持妊娠中极为重要,但妊娠12周前,是否需要增加孕激素还有待分析.本文对不明原因复发性自然流产的孕激素治疗进展进行分析.
Abstract
The current clinical treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion does not have a certain pertinence,the lack of effective treatment methods,has become a difficult research in the medical field.Progesterone is extremely important in the maintenance of pregnancy,but the need to increase progesterone before 12 weeks of pregnancy has yet to be analyzed.The progress of progesterone therapy for recurrent spontaneous abortion of unknown cause was analyzed.
