Analysis of the effect of sufentanil combined with ketamine on postoperative analgesia in laparoscopic gynecological surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of sufentanil combined with ketamine on postoperative analgesia in laparoscopic gynecological surgery. Methods 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic gynecological surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into three groups, with 20 cases in each group. The control group used sufentanil for pain relief, while the observation group used sufentanil combined with low-dose ketamine for pain relief. The observation group used sufentanil combined with double dose ketamine for pain relief, and the observation group used sufentanil combined with double dose ketamine for pain relief. The analgesic effects of the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results At T3,the scores of all three groups increased and reached a peak at T3.The pain scores at T3,T4,and T5 were higher than those at T1,while the scores of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At T1,the sedative effect score of Group 2 was higher than that of Group 1(P<0.05).At T3,T4,and T5,the sedative effect scores of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative nausea, vomiting, itching, and psychological symptoms was relatively low in the three groups of patients. The incidence of dizziness in the observation group 2 was higher than that in the control group and observation group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with using only sufentanil for postoperative pain relief, the combination of sufentanil and ketamine can provide satisfactory postoperative pain relief for patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery, with no occurrence of mental symptoms and fewer adverse reactions at lower doses of ketamine.Clinical promotion is recommended.
