Application of sufentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia in laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy
Objective To analyze the value of sufentanil+propofol for intravenous anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 56 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous anesthesia with remifentanil and propofol, and the experimental group was given intravenous anesthesia with sufentanil and propofol. The anesthesia effect, anesthesia indexes and the occurrence of anesthesia adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in experimental group was 100%,higher than 85.71%in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of tube extraction, recovery time of spontaneous respiration, recovery time of orientation and recovery time of awakening time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of anesthesia adverse reactions in experimental group was 3.57%,lower than 21.43%in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil+propofol for intravenous anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy can significantly improve the anesthetic effect and speed up postoperative anesthesia recovery, and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
